Die Oralapostel aus Karlsruhe legen mit „Klassenarbeit“ ihr Debüt vor und sie selbst bezeichnen ihr Werk als 1A Kinderpunk. Also dem Prädikat „Kinderpunk“ kann ich mich schon mal 100%ig anschließen, aber ob es eine 1 geworden ist, muss sich noch zeigen.
Das Cover ist schon mal eine 1+ mit *, denn soviel Kreativität haben echt wenige Bands. Die „Hülle“ ist nämlich nicht eine schlichte herkömmliche Plastikschachtel oder ein Digipack, nein ein sehr schickes, mit viel Liebe gestaltetes A5 Schulheft musste herhalten. Die mal deutschen und mal englischen Texte sind lustig illustriert, zeugen zwar nicht gerade von Reife, das ist aber auch nicht nötig, da es sich ja wie bereits erwähnt um Kinderpunk handelt. Der Inhalt der Songs ist Grundschulniveau, aber wen das nicht stört, der hat auf alle Fälle Spaß dabei. Eine Kostprobe gefällig? „Uns kennst wirklich keine Sau; Doch das macht uns gar nichts aus; Denn wir wolln gar nicht nach oben; Ham nur Spaß an der Musik“ oder „Fernanda ausm Wald bist du in mich verknallt?
